Custom sizes and custom colors are available for almost all items. There may be additional charges associated with custom sizes and colors, so please contact us by phone or email to place your order.

Leather is subject to variability because of events that marked the skin of the animal who wore it.

Your online order will be filled promptly, but please keep in mind that, since we create our items with great care from raw materials, and complete them in sequence according to when we receive orders, it may take up to two weeks before your order is ready to ship.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason your purchase does not live up to your expectations, please return it in original, unused condition for an exchange or credit toward another purchase.


RUSH CHARGES may apply if you need us to move your order to the front of the production queue. The minimum rush order charge is $25.00.


PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We charge your credit card only when your order is ready to ship, and we will email you any available tracking information after it ships. If you wish to pay by check, we will ship your order as soon as your check has cleared our bank.

We charge 8.75% sales tax for shipments within California.

Domestic shipping is by U.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note that C.O.D. is only available in combination with U.S. Priority Mail.

Select U.S. Priority Mail for 2- to 5-day delivery, and for all military and PO Box addresses. This charge includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

UPS Ground delivers in 5 to 7 business days outside of California, or 1 to 3 days in California.

International orders ship only via U.S. Global Priority Mail and will take longer than domestic shipments. We will contact you with shipping charges and estimated delivery time.
