Custom sizes and custom colors are available for almost all items. There may be additional charges associated with custom sizes and colors, so please contact us by phone or email to place your order.

Your newly purchased Handmade'n Leather accessory is made from high-quality leather. It may contain scratches, scars, or color variations; these are hallmarks of top-grain, well-tanned leather.

Your online order will be filled promptly, but please keep in mind that, since we create our items with great care from raw materials, and complete them in sequence according to when we receive orders, it may take up to two weeks before your order is ready to ship.

RUSH CHARGES may apply if you need us to move your order to the front of the production queue. The minimum rush order charge is $25.00.

ALTERNATE ORDERING METHODS

You can order by phone at 510-235-8831 or by fax at 413-235-8831. Please include credit card information in your order (including CVV code), complete contact information and email address, as well as the name and product number(s) of each item, the size and color, and any pertinent information you wish to convey, for example, "it's a gift for my husband," or if the purchase will be shipped to an address different from the billing address. Upon receipt of your order, we will email or fax you an invoice that details the full cost, including tax (if any) and shipping, before we ship it.


RETURN POLICY

If for any reason your purchase does not live up to your expectations, please return it in original, unused condition for an exchange or credit toward another purchase.


PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We charge your credit card only when your order is ready to ship, and we will email you any available tracking information after it ships. If you wish to pay by check, we will ship your order as soon as your check has cleared our bank.

We charge 9.75% sales tax for shipments within California.

Domestic shipping is by First Class Mail (option available up to 13 ounces), U.S. Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Select U.S. Priority Mail or First Class Mail for 2- to 5-day delivery, and for all military and PO Box addresses. Delivery confirmation (tracking number) is included for USPS Priority Mail but not for First Class Mail.

UPS Ground delivers in 5 to 7 business days outside of California, or 1 to 3 days in California. Delivery confirmation is included. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order ships.

Contact us directly by email or phone if you need a faster delivery or to use a different shipping method.

International orders ship only via U.S. Global Priority Mail and will take longer than domestic shipments. We will contact you with shipping charges, which vary according to the country of destination and the weight of your order.
